What's your threshold anon? When do you think a vtuber deserves the emergency savior buff?

Most vtubers I watch never break over 80 viewers so my perception is pretty fucked on this subject. As far as I know if she's getting 200 viewers per stream she gets absolutely no sympathy from me, but how is it for you mainstream folks?
