Bijou is a good person who is still learning how to be a person. Lots of changes in her time in Holo haven't changed her aside from the Least Sexy poll mindbreaking her.

Raora plays a very cute comfy character but shes easily the fakest of Justice. I dont know if I would call her the Fauna of Justice but it wouldnt be surprising
Gigi is also pretty fake but she does it to hide her own issues (she stated this herself) rather than like Fauna and Raora who pretend to be cute and ditzy when they are actually a lot smarter than they portray and use that to their advantage so shes a decent enough person.
CC is an extrovert who can break through and relate with seemingly anyone which only a good person can do. I know the "empath" thing is a meme but I think it applies to her and GG and is a strong element of goodness.
