Yes, it seems like it's supposed to be easily doable but it never turns out that way, there's always something to check or some blocking thing or the pan doesn't feel clean enough or whatever
And I would guess that's the same for a lot of people which is why they don't cook, it ends up either taking too long or being too stressful
It's sort of like POE where you see people run 20 maps an hour but most people actually only manage like 6 because they're sorting inventory and selling things and whatnot
