A lot of the critique against loli falls into this category. Context and character details (such as being 900 years old) are often ignored just based on the design of the character. This is basically the Australia argument, that it looks like a loli and POMFs like a loli ergo it's illegal, though Australia goes even further than that in preventing clearly adult actresses from being involved in pornography because their physical features are too close to children.
I've said this numerous times, but Nyanners' issues seem to be with prepubescent loli pornography. She doesn't seem to give a damn about any character that has taken on adult characteristics, even if they're canonically 11 years old or some thing. I think that her opinion is shared by a lot of people. It looks like a literal child so sexualizing it is wrong, even if it is an anime character. Obviously, that sentiment doesn't hold water with most of us here because we know that part of the issue with porn involving children is that there is a clear human bean being victimized whereas with a cartoon that's not happening. If it is a crime it is victimless, which makes it irrelevant.
But some people can't get over it. Hell, I don't even look at loli porn and don't have any taste for it, but I'm not trying to stop you from doing it because it harms nobody. I don't think Nyanners has ever tried to stop anybody from engaging in it either. She hasn't gone out and actively campaigned against loli porn, she just doesn't like it and doesn't want to be associated with it, and that's perfectly fine. That's her right.
