They aren't robots OP, their throats are getting shredded by these forced voices
So I offer you two scenarios
A. Hololive members maintain kayfabe 100% but graduate in 3 years
B. Hololive members break kayfabe and stay as long as they are willing

She's genuinely tiny all over and her voice is high pitched to match. Smaller vocal chords make a higher voice, bigger make lower, that's why little kids sound how they do.
