>>96339572>>96339955I think like with everything the spawn is a set sphere around the player, by building in the sky the ocean needs to just touch the sphere so all the fish that theoretically should spawn will be in the base of the tower and are forced up to the player via the soulsand. But if she isn't high enough fish will spawn outside the base of the tower and never go in which we saw when she was looking into the ocean from the top with debug on and the telescope.
