Country accents are ultra based and highly cultured. You can tell someone is at least partially sincere when they're using a country accent in their native language. Unapologetically using an accent with a second language isn't always based, but it can be like with German. On that note, part of what makes kiara so annoying is both the shitty fake voice and NOT using her German accent when speaking English. This is the strength of accents. Strategically deploying then can make or break your delivery.
