If she intends to work in the field she got her degree in she'd need to get a job sometime before or soon after graduation (again university) or she'll have a really hard time finding work later on.
Her choices are basically graduate (hololive) and find work with her degree, or stay in Hololive and basically have her degree become useless. I know people /here/ like to believe that vtubing and hololive will stay profitable forever but that's really not the trend we're seeing.
Long term she's realistically better off leaving now rather than gambling on the company staying where it is/not deflating over the next 5-10 years.
