Selen was the backbone of the branch's logistics, and handled almost everything related to events or new assets all on her own, all for the branch. And calling Pomu anything but a team player would just be a lie.
Hell, we even now know the kind of opportunity that was handed to Niji on a platter for Pomu, only for them to deny it out of nowhere, causing her to quit the company in tears.
It feels less like "oh Elira was more of a team player" and more "We're refusing to give opportunities to anybody else, even if they come to us."
If anything, all we know about Elira is that she... stays in her lane. Doing nothing. All by herself. Completely middling in all relevant metrics, and yet somehow raking in money and opportunities hand over fist.
