She did mention her friends are often embarrassed being with her in the public due to her exhibiting childish behaviour (such as running around aimlessly). I also believe she doesn't actually have ADHD. All the symptoms are caused by her being a big adult baby, which caused a misdiagnosis. She might have some other mental illness that causes her to act that way, but most likely, it's just her personality (maybe even a fetish).
It should be noted that what we are seeing on the stream is only the pinnacle of the iceberg. She knows it's embarrassing, so she's holding herself back. I'm interested in knowing how she acts outside of the streams. Maybe she spends most of her time laying in a crib sucking a pacifier? We already know many of her childish activities: playing with plushies, making a mess, drawing childish drawings using crayons, reading comics/picture books, watching YouTube videos about other children, and so forth.
Her wanting to be a baby also explains some of her other actions such as calling us dads and wanting to remain a virgin. It also explains many of her shortcomings such as being unable to wash herself without getting wet, failing to fill the bath water for her mother, and not being able to perform daily activities (like bathing, using the toilet, and following schedules). Sometimes her baby brain also works to her advantage. For example, it allows her to learn new vocabulary and new skills extremely fast. As a baby, she obviously likes cute and furry things like cats and pokemon. The reason she likes to abuse them is that she hasn't developed empathy yet. Empathy doesn't properly develop until age 5-6, so I believe Beatani's mental age is below that age.
I'm glad she's finally comfortable enough with us to come out as an adult baby. I hope none of the dads will abandon her because of this. Let's take care of our baby daughter together!
