The two other points outside of the personal duel are based on who happens to have more/better yu-gi-oh players in the fanbase, or purely random.
She would only feel bad if she felt bad about how the duel went. While she likes winning, she is an entertainer first, and likely content with the outcome, they reached the rubber match and both got to show off their decks. If she is too competitive for that to be enough, she can always blame bad luck, as randomness is part of the game's design.
