Ai was a really great parody of "wannabe famous youtuber" at first but she devolved into 10 minute ads for gacha and crap nobody cares about and normie pop culture interviews maybe a small portion of /jp/ might care about. And that was before even the ahegao incident when her body was pupeteered by someone else. It was an interesting era, where everything was video. But the advantage of live streams is obvious now. That's why she and a lot of other old vtubers tried to jump ship to the Niji way of doing things. Didn't necessarily go too well. I reccomend watching like the first ten videos of Ai's channel if you want, they're quick I if I remember. And maybe a video on her gaming channel if you find it interesting.
But I just find all this worship of the old ones cringe here. 2017 is still newfag territory for 4chan.
