It is strongly implied that she stopped being a renter and moved back in with her parents because she was worried he would die and wanted to spend as much time with him as possible. Apparently he got better though since he now climbs onto the roof to put christmas lights there. She said that the model itself reminds her of those times when she was worried, even though she was streaming specifically to get away from that for a short while, like she was parasocial for her audience because they helped her laugh and forget her real life problems.
Up until that point most lads just said he probably had the flu or something so it was the first time outside of maybe a members stream she implied or outright stated it was a serious life threatening illness.
