>>96617140We DO have laws against putting poison in people's food. In fact to circumvent those
>well ackshually milk/peanuts/sesame seeds/eggs/non-kosher food/non-halal food/non-pescatarian food/non-vegan food/spit/semen are naturally occurring things and non-toxic, so technically I didn't poison the person who's trying to have me arrestedassholes, the laws against poisoning other people's food are more generally written to prohibit TAMPERING with other people's food.
And to close any loopholes about how such a law specifically prohibits fucking with someone's food but not their drink, the laws against tampering with other people's food are more generally written to prohibit tampering with other people's foodstuffs (or "food and drink" in some jurisdictions, but the meaning is identical)
....oh, and laws against murder and attempted murder, for cases when the foodstuff tampering is done with actual poisons like bleach or antifreeze. Or peanuts, if the tamperer knows or should reasonably know that their intended victim has a peanut allergy; and likewise with other allergen foods like milk, sesame seeds, and eggs.
tldr - putting turbo lax in someone's milk is an express ticket to Felonyconvictionville
