Skyrim, for instance, also included spells that'd cause enemy humans to get horny and remove random peices of their armor. There were also spells that'd summon tentacles which would incapacitate everything, including chickens and dragons (but the mana cost scaled with the HP of whomever you were attempting to capture).
Skyrim, FO3, FONV, and FO4 also had sex be a form of XP gaining and money via prostitution, rape, and slave hunting and trading. It was always fun capturing some bandits or people that were hidden away from sight for some cash.
But the most important part is just that it replaces all the ugly children in the world and gives you tons of armors and clothing that fit them and the player.
All the actual sex parts between two actors (aka not via spells or them masturbating) of the mod are boring and sometimes damaging to the save in all the Bethesda games due to scripts being annoying
