More importantly, it's somewhat obvious that Randon is talking about Nijisanji, considering the part where he says "after the events of last year, I'm not so sure they are enforceable." This doesn't fit within the timeframe of their firing as Vesper and Magni
nor Randon and Caspurr did anything within the last year. Either way, that wouldn't be something one could use to threaten management. Also, assuming that the original designs didn't have input, which seems to be the case as Kiara specifically said that the new gens (I believe talking about Advent specifically)got to have input on their designs, that would likely mean that Myth and Council wouldn't have input on their designs. That technically wouldn't be sexist, as the designs are fine otherwise, the rest of the industry is fine with them, and (most importantly) there wouldn't be any difference between the Holostar and Hololive members.
