If so, check out Takahata101 on twitch. Guy streams almost exclusively in a talk show/comedy club style and he's damn good at it. His model is crazy good and expressive since it was rigged by the guy who made Vbridger. Rarely plays games.

I know Michi in vshojo also focuses primarily on zatsu/react stuff. I don't think she plays games very often and instead just talks for hours about random shit. Recently blew up on twitch and is relatively huge now.
