Denying they are a couple is basically a part of the characters they play on stream, Coco does the same really, she'll spend an hour talking about Kanata and when the chat tells her "happy marriage" she'll deny it and then continue talking about Kanata as if they were a married couple, it's mostly for comedic effect.
