Omega was garbage or the EN talents wouldn't have celebrated the fact that he was fired. His lore was removed from Council after they hired the new EN project manager so he was definitely in management. He wanted to be a God like figure in the lore for both HoloEN and Tempus so the guy was arrogant even for a Japanese manager.
