Before the christmas miracle, the only vtuber doing streams was Siro. And they were mainly 360 tests in the style of vrchat with youtube integration.
Now, if you mean vrchatters, fuck you, those are not vtubers. Sure, some became vtubers (the dude behind Zentreya, Filian, etc), but playing vrchat by itself is not vtubing until you stream it. Even stuff like the Reality app barely passes.
