She has a job and doesn't do it, and it doesn't matter because she's just a mascot at this point tied to a real person who isn't lifting a finger.
She's going to stay, and it's just because that if she leaves, Cover won't be able to sell as much Gura merch. If Gura leaves, she'll lose a huge amount of money for doing absolutely nothing. There's no benefit for her to leave as she's apparently lost all motivation to actually stream, yet her existence itself is valuable for the company.
