>>96823544Even ignoring the ESLspeak here, at least with Niji you can pin all the people graduating as wanting to get out of a total and utter shithole with absolutely no chance of upwards momentum or support from staff, even if they never rarely say it publicly until after they leave like how literally every single ex-niji in every single branch has done so.
The real problem here is that Hololive DOESN'T have these issues.
Hololive doesn't have talents saying "I fucking hate everything about Hololive" the second they're gone, or even years before they leave.
Hololive doesn't have a corporate structure where you're left to rot at the bottom forever.
Hololive doesn't have a system of abusing each and every single talent, making them believe that they're worthless without them and every single fan would leave them if they left Hololive.
Hololive doesn't actively try to fuck you over if you dare to leave them.
Hololive doesn't create a norm where fans are encouraged to harass other Vtubers, even within their own group, for completely bullshit crab in a bucket reasons.
Hololive is, even with it's quirks and decisions that make me feel like I'm insane sometimes, still an objectively good vtuber company, even without being compared to the rest.
But there's something, I don't know what, but something is happening over the past several years that's causing members, new and old, to seriously consider quitting Hololive, but explicitly not quit being a streamer or being a Vtuber. And I don't like that. Whatever the hell it is, I don't like it.
