You spend 10 years vtubing and when you're done your experience doesn't really transfer into a new career you can base the rest of your life around.
The money is good but it's not reliable. Especially not considering Ame's skillset where she could probably be earning 75% of what she got as a vtuber but with way more normal hours, a health plan, 401k etc.
