The current top Holomems are either hags or cakes close to becoming hags and are just now at their peak after toiling for half a decade or more (just in Hololive, excluding pre-Holo stuff). Quitting now would be a dumb move, they still have many things they can/want to do that require both their current fame and company support. Maybe bring this point up again in another 5 years
