Only pills I have in the house are ibuprofen and paracetamol, plus some vitamins that are out of date because I barely remember to take them more than once a month.

most of those are probably otc vitamins you can get at walgreens or costco that people should be taking anyways as they age. prob 1 or 2 items in there are actual prescription medications.

honestly need to know what fucking mental illness this woman has. my friend that has diagnosed bipolar + adhd since she was 10 doesn't even take nearly this many meds to maintain it.

I mean it's a lot easier to make out what is and isn't medicine with the full sized image. And there's a lot of unopened bottles implying it's just having extra of something for when you run out. Really the only part that looks like it's most if not entirely prescription stuff is the rectangle at the bottom right since those blister packs look like the kinds you'd get from a pharmacist and not out of an over the counter box.
