That being said, I think only Ui and maybe Patra could be included definitively. There are a couple of others, but I don't think they would count.
Firstly, any in another "impactful" corporation isn't included. They are associated with that corpo. (Ex. Mythic Talent isn't included, it doesn't feel like it does anything, but Vshojo, Idol, and Nijisanji are.)
Secondly, there has to be an actual interaction with Hololive, whether in the past or present. This is the main thing that blocks indies, as there needs to be a collab, and they don't have that.
I think if you wanted to include any others than those 2, you might be able to include the ex-holo indies, but most eventually disconnect with Hololive. Who knows, maybe Chloe, Shion, or Fauna's NLs (New Lives, I don't know if there is a term, I know there is one for PLs though.) will buck that trend. Mint is close, but she just goes to every corporation, so she isn't really a Honorary Holo as she is an Honorary Corpo vtuber. Doesn't matter what Corpo it is, she will find a way in. Similar logic applies to the recent ex-Nijis, because they are very much associated with Nijisanji. You can't say Doki is a ex-holo if she is known for being terminated from Niji.
