Besides, that studio itself was the upgrade, software and hardware, and likely new staff too.
That needs to be paid for.
It's not just aimed at hosting Hololive content, which has been a thing for years now, Cover have always loaned out their tech to 3rd parties, software and hardware.
Last I remember 774Inc were using their software, could be different these days though.
