>>97066690>Is she still in Nijisanji? On paper, yes. She is still technically a nominally active member of Nijisanji EN.
You'd be forgiven for thinking otherwise, considering how obvious it is that they intend to fire her for forcing them to publicly acknowledge a mess they had swept under the rug. But they haven't actually fired her yet; they'll fire her once it's strategically convenient for them to fire her, once they figure out a way to fire her without losing face before the investors, and is also either:
>technically not illegal under Japanese labor lawsor
>nominally illegal under Japanese labor laws, but not actually punishable in any way shape or form whatsoever; unless Twisty personally files a police report with the Tokyo PD, AND the police can be arsed to do anything about a formal complaint in which a gaijin woman accuses a fine upstanding Japanese company run by fine upstanding Japanese men of doing anything illegalMy guess is that they'll keep her on ice until a day or so before her contract expires, and then fire her at that point in time with the full Zaion treatment in the days following. (disclosure: I thought that they would wait that long with Selen last year; I knew they would fire her, but I didn't expect them to fire her so "early" into her permanent suspension)
....oh, and if they can fire her without needing to also fire Aster, then that's the path they will take.
And if his sexual harassment was so bad that they cannot not fire him for it, they'll probably nuke all of EN just to avoid publicly admitting that they needed to fire him for sekuhara. But either way, Twisty will get the boot.
