>>97116655If it wasn't obvious yet to the entire board, people who actually watch and enjoy vtubers stick to generals now. And each general has a smaller window of people they talk about. So general activity will pick up a little bit, explode when their oshi is on the screen, and then go back to the slightly higher activity. Nobody bothered even looking for a pinned thread because they don't leave their generals. The only people making threads are baiting trolls and general replacements. Hell, even I don't use anywhere but generals usually, even when there's new debuts I just wait for the general to be born and use that if I want to talk about one of them.
In totality this has lead to the catalog being generally abandoned by everyone but those baiting trolls and bad actors, and the divide between the generals and catalog has been widened even more. Go and count and compare the amount of generals to the amount of non generals, last time I checked like 6 months ago it was about 60% or a bit more generals compared to the rest being catalog, and I think this has grown even more, we may even be at 75% generals now.
