So your only chances to get it are to either wait for an English release, buy a physical copy (no DRM on it), or use a VPN to buy it on DMM Games (it's region locked to Japan AND there's also a DRM).
As far as I know, it was the same for Aquarium.
You'll probably have to wait for a full year before being able to play it in English.
