This is talking about how to support them and continue growing. So yes. You WANT to be able to embrace self-transformation, because being stuck stagnant can kill a company. We've seen Vtubers stagnate and die. Keeping fresh gives new life to the new and old.
Attracting top talent is good as well, obviously. Self explanatory.
Staying forward thinking is just objectively always correct. If you obsess over the past, you WILL fail. Learn from the past, but use it to innovate and improve your future. Again, stagnation is death.
So why would you sound forlorn about this? There's literally nothing bad here.
