Music quality is a metric completely divorced from a song's popularity. There is no correlation. Sometimes an artist is popular because they are talented, others are popular despite being talentless retards. Sometimes an artist is unpopular because they suck, others are unpopular despite making amazing music.
What other red pills can I drop about the music industry here? Oh yeah, you know how it seems like every single time any musician voices a political opinion, they are ultra-leftwing faggots? That is because all musicians are contractually obligated to never openly espouse rightwing beliefs (or if not by contract, then it is strongarmed by their pr team, who work for the (((usual suspects)))) this of course doesnt apply to controlled opposition type personalities (usually country music stars) who are only allowed to exist to mollify the masses.
