Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include gastric/abdominal discomfort, pain in the pit of the stomach, stomachache, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, stomatitis, abdominal bloating, thirst, edema/swelling, rash, hives, drowsiness, fever, itch, and hot feeling in face. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
pale face, breathing difficulty, cold sweat[shock, anaphylaxis]
fever, sore throat, bleeding tendency (nasal/gums/subcutaneous bleeding)[agranulocytosis, leukopenia, hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia, thrombocytopenia]
redness/swelling/rash/blister of skin/mucous membrane, fever, general malaise[toxic epidermal necrolysis, oculomucocutaneous syndrome, erythema multiforme, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis]
decreased urine output, edema, loss of appetite[acute renal disorder, nephrotic syndrome, interstitial nephritis]
breathing difficulty, general edema[congestive heart failure]
fever, dry cough, breathing difficulty[interstitial pneumonia]
vomiting of blood, blood in stool[peptic ulcer, digestive tract bleeding]
pain in the pit of the stomach, abdominal pain[digestive tract perforation]
nausea, abdominal pain, abdominal bloating[constriction and obstruction of the intestinal tract]
general malaise, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin/white of eyes[fulminant hepatitis, liver dysfunction, jaundice]
fitful shortness of breath, wheezing[asthma attack]
fever, headache, nausea[aseptic meningitis]
muscle pain, weakness[rhabdomyolysis]
