Let me explain the phenomena.
Westerners don't care about ID or JP homocollabs because they are an "other". The sentiment is "I was never gonna get to marry them anyway" and all that. Too far away, language gap, etc.
Westerners DO care about EN homocollabs because the fantasy of marrying the talent is more plausible, so another man's presence stirs jealousy.
SEAs do NOT care about EN homocollabs. Some may pretend to for drama, but ultimately ENs are a faraway "other" for SEAs. Too far away, financial gap, family expectations, etc.
SEAs do not care about ID collabs because they expect their more conservative mainstream culture to be a barrier to their oshis marrying someone else already.
I know nothing about JPs. They are probably a mixed bag, because they are the midway point both geographically and culturally.
CONCLUSION:
SEAs are the MOST LIKELY to support homos, for shits and giggles, or as a grudge against some EN that angered them. They don't feel like they have anything to lose from it.
