The law explicity defines characters that look under age and does not provide any distinctive over the 800 year old goddess that happens to look 12. everything she is saying is irrelevant to the law. Hopefully this gets overturned at every level, but it's probably being done to overturn Jacobellis v. Ohio, the I know it when I see it case, that would open up the states to define any obscenity they wish and outlaw it. This would also let them go after the psuedo anonymity we enjoy online.
