She’s a lesbian so she seriously did not understand the problem with interacting with a man (that and she’s completely ignorant of idol culture). The biggest problem was the betrayal. I was there in the members stream where she agreed with her members (you know the people actually supporting her) she wouldn’t stream her POV with any men or reach out, but would accept on occasion if offered. Did this please everyone? Obviously not, but it was a compromise (one we shouldn’t need) and most importantly it was her sincerely trying to understand her actual fans feelings.
The problem was she then spent the next week being harassed by beggars (who shock and surprise aren’t around watching her) demanding she stream with Homostars or else they’d be really mad and never watch her. This combined with management stepping in and telling her she had to make a statement that she is allowed and should stream with men was where the betrayal happened. She lied. She went heart to heart with her fans then publicly denounced them for people who did not care about her.
Looking back now, while I struggle to forgive her, I understand her confusion (aforementioned personal problems). Once Vespiss was done using her and got shotgunned behind the shed she realised she was wrong (because it had personally impacted her financially) but she never apologised to her fans. Maybe that’s for the better, I don’t want to remember any of that happened. I don’t want to hate her. Which ultimately leads us to today the “Feminised Idol Kronii”. We’re better off now, suffering and struggle is usually for the best. I just wish it was a different kind of struggle. We also have Fauna to thank for this, using and dumping Kronii. I think this was for the best for Kronii. She’s in a better place now (though I’m concerned about the Kaela issue).
I don’t think at her worst during the Incident she was ever as vitriolic or shit-stirring as Shiori is. Shiori is filled with malice here, Kronii was only ignorant, naive and confused.
