Koreans specially since the industrialization hit them overnight and thus the standards of beauty were agressive from day one.
Its also why africans tend to like chubbier women and slavs like strong women, since their cultural depictions borrow from a hostile enviroment where rather than have your dainty wife do house stuff and raise children, she's next to you tending the field.
