>>98010135I mean you're clearly awful people. I get why she doesn't want to deal with this side of the fanbase anymore. You play too rough, you say too much mean shit under the guise of anonymity; of course you're going to push people away.
It's like that friend in high school who "jokingly" treats you like shit. They're not necessarily a bad guy, and you know that pointing out your insecurities is just how they cope with their own, and of course you gotta admit they're pretty funny and quick witted, you can tolerate them, even enjoy their company from time to time.
But once you're graduated... are you really going to make time for them? Are you going to go through the anxiety every time you see them for the rest of your life? It gets tiring having to obsessively hide every weakness from them. They're not chill to be around. If you have to tolerate them, you can, but why choose to? Do they really make your life better? Do they even really understand who you are? Or are they too fucked up by their own insecurities to ever let their guard down, too worried about keeping themselves afloat and surviving to ever really take the time to properly empathize with you and understand your needs? It's like trying to save someone drowning and getting pulled under too -- sometimes you have to cut your losses, it's better you live than you both dying.
