Anyway, these two finale's were pretty much the same length so Seems a decent comparison
The dip in TWD graph is a pissbreak, then Shiori ends ~08:00 she raids Biboo but seems like there was possible a small funnel.
The incline about halfway through does look a little suspicious. Assuming it was hit with the current botting, and given the way it works, the stream just wasn't long enough for it to ramp very much at all. Maybe it did get boosted by 1-2k
To give a counter point. TWD finale stream has already caught up to the LA Noire finale in likes 8.4k:

So I'm kind of not convinced, the other metrics look like TWD finale did slightly better then the LA Noire finale, which fits the ccv
