As for merchandise I don't even care anymore as I haven't bought any Hololive merchandise for years, most of it is useless rubbish, but it's probably stuff that will be a bit more useful if you're a woman given the way she's appealed more to this demographic lately.
The moment Marine said she just wanted to "enjoy her career" to me was a way of telling us that she's not going to put in the same effort she used to and is going to ride the Hololive gravy train until she literally can't squeeze any more dollars out of the company and its fans without putting to much effort again
