Ayame is more inconsistent, but she actually addressed this and has been streaming more frequently, about once a week plus a members' stream a month. She had a period where she streamed only about once or twice a month, mainly Apex, but it's been years ago.
Whenever someone says they never stream, they most probably refer to the fact that they rarely get clips because that's the only thing these sort of people are watching. You can safely assume they're EOP newfags who know absolutely nothing about Holos and just ignore them.
