She's effectively graduated already but the "official" graduation announcement probably won't be until cover decides to start over with vtubers that are actually active. The only reason for her to graduate would be to continue streaming as an indie, which she has no reason to do since she can do everything that an indie can as a corpo, with the added benefit of making thousands at the same time.
