Working for Hololive is much more attractive if you're living in Japan, or god forbid, SEA. 50-60k is considered a solid income and will let you do most things, while in the US, especially in popular cities, you need 80-100k. I don't think Cover can afford to pay the Americans more money despite bringing in less revenue. I think most of the Americans will quit much earlier. Inflation is even hitting Japan now, though, so we'll see if things change.

Hololive could find some way settle these disputes but instead they let them leave while hiring another 150 employees for a metaverse game.

I think the difference is gen 0 started from being nobodies and had to put dedication because they wanted to make this work. People who came in after Gura just got everything served on a golden plate, they can't fully appreciate it, they didn't do anything to get there other than send a good application

I wouldn't say fake because there is their personality in the character but it's changed, muted and tweaked. You can still see who they are but it's not the person that you knew before.
