an aquarium is a place where you see beautiful and rare things, but you're only there for a short time, maybe a couple hours at most
with the lights dimmed and the dark blue fixtures these giant glass windows, seeing creatures youd never see on land, it's like you're immersed in a different world
then once you reach the gift shop and the lights come back on and you're back in the familiar human world again, it's already time to say goodbye to this experience and pick up a thing or two to remember it by
that's how it makes sense to me at least
