>>98265734Ao and Iroha's health issues have nothing to do with Hololive. Hell, many people in Hololive have health issues that have nothing to do with Hololive. It's people with underlying health issues getting a job that isn't suited to their body. This same cry of overwork always comes up with the manga industry where there's tons of healthy and productive people just doing their thing and then five people who happen to be the most famous have health issues and therefore, everyone's being overworked. But 90% of those "overworked" people never actually worked, there was recently a big new hit manga where the guy gave up after about six weeks and took a few years off and it was his first series ever but people still went on about overworking. There's also the factor that people can't really make up their mind if they think the talents are adults or not. It's always "they are being overworked", even when actually there's just as many examples of managers trying to stop members from working (Ao was forced on a break she didn't want, Iroha is similar). When people complain about management red tape, one of the things they are complaining about is how management tries to protect the health of members even when the members disagree.
