Comparing an OP webtoon character defeating everyone to House styling on people with medical knowledge is pretty funny, and maybe even not that far off. But I'd say House solving things is more acceptable because it's grounded in reality (most of the time, when they don't go too crazy on using rare medical cases) instead of a made up game system. These things tend to be more exciting because they feel like they could happen in real life, maybe even that you could do them. House is just cool when he comes into the patient room to tell them their lung cancer was actually their detached toenail being stuck into the lung and continuing to grow or some shit.
House is also not perfect and has a plethora of personal issues that are explored in the show, and the actor delivers a killer performance.
I'd say give it a shot at least for one season, if the first season doesn't catch your interest then you won't like the rest. Also if you decide to drop it halfway, at least watch Three Stories (first season episode) before you do. House rant over
