It must focus on streaming strict CGDCT content on youtube. It must cleanly separate its appeal from that of VShojo, avoid the pitfalls Phase Connect stepped into, and be backed by capital more formidable than that of the numberless small corpos.
It should start from offering EN streamers freedom from JP corpo autism. I doubt a lot of the early successful ex-corpos will join since they already established themselves, but the hypothetical new corpo could try offering corpo support for the talent who will leave EN with less steady ground to stand on compared to some of the current ex-corpos.
The chances of such an endeavor succeeding are rather on the slimmer side. But I believe that on the contrary to any moment of time in the past, there will be an opening to dismantle the near monopoly of (one) JP corpos on Hololive-style content. There's a lot of people who are used to it, and there's nowhere else to find any close analogues: VShojo is too twitch-pilled, the big ex-corpos don't have a stable collab environment. Someone will need to scoop that audience up if EN fails.
