1. Has a different appeal,
2. Is pretty mid all things considered.
I'm mainly a KroFauMei fan, I also watch Ina, IRyS and CC. There's just no Phase girl for that kinda content, as far as I can tell. Let's see:
Pippa: no.
Lia: a bit too edgy, not very interesting.
Tenma: she's not bad but a bit loud, she's like a more mature version of filian in some sense.
Lumi: fake. I don't like watching girls who try to pander to male hobbies and sensibilities.
Dizzy: as far as I see, it's either fujo content or like if A-chan streamed (meaning Phase BtS content, for if you're invested into Phase). She's a sweetheart but not very interesting.
Remi: probably the only Phase I personally bother tuning in to. She's cute and dumb.
Clara: a great singer, but her streams are too weird and unhinged for me.
I don't know about the others but when after checking out 8 you get only one semi-hit, you just lose interest.
There's enough Holo-coded CGDCT content in Holo itself, and for non-CGDCT content there's a whole bunch of indies to choose from.
