But she had a cover business called Toalux LLC, created under a fake name, with a fake registered agent, fake address, etc.
Eventually the IRS noticed that she was getting money from seemingly nowhere, and when she tried to show them the LLC, they realized it was all fake and didn't believe it belonged to her, or was her source of money.
So they locked down her accounts until she proved her money was legit, then she shut down the LLC, and now she has a new one that is actually set up properly and legally.
