So, evidently, people were being respectful with one another. Still, keep in mind that Hololive is an idol company, and people with parasocial desires were already part of the fanbase, the kind of people who wouldn’t necessarily take it kindly when the girls interacted with the boys. So, of course, it was inevitable that people would lose their minds when that divide slowly disintegrated. It simply wasn’t the kind of content they signed up for. Some gave Tempus a chance, but with the caveat that as soon as they started crossing the line and interacting with the girls, they’d drop them. And sure enough, they crossed it, and Holo fans did drop them. The damage was done.
